Matt has built an accomplished career in oil & gas, particularly in startups and growth-stage companies. After cutting his teeth with Halliburton as a field engineer, he joined Frac Tech Services, eventually serving as Vice President Sales, Western US, overseeing sales exceeding $2 billion in annual revenue. He later became employee #1 and Vice President of Sales & Engineering at ProFrac Services, leading the company from its founding to over $500 million in revenue within five years. Matt was part of the team that founded Siren Energy as Chief Commercial Officer, which sold to Liberty Energy in 2023. He then returned to the ProFrac team as CEO of Alpine Silica before becoming President of Cooper Natural Resources in early 2025. Matt received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Aaron brings 18 years of industry experience, with a career defined by progressive leadership across pressure pumping and supply chain organizations. He has extensive experience negotiating and executing complex, multi-year supply agreements, consistently delivering strategic value and operational alignment. Prior to joining CNR, Aaron served as Director of Sales at Capital Sand and Proppants, where he played a key role in scaling the commercial footprint of a greenfield sand mine in the Permian Basin, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Aaron is known for building strong, trust-based relationships and maintaining long-term partnerships that create value across the supply chain. He holds a degree in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University and resides in Weatherford with his wife and their three children.

Preston is a National Accounts Manager with a strong foundation in operations and client relationship management in the energy sector. He began his career at CNR as an Assistant Operations Manager, advanced to Operations Manager, and was later promoted to his current role overseeing key national accounts and driving strategic partnerships. Before joining CNR, Preston gained valuable experience marketing Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs) — essential hydrocarbons like propane, butane, and ethane used in petrochemical production and heating fuels. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, he excels at delivering reliable solutions and building long-term client trust.
