About This Position
Operate and monitor bagging equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
- Load pallets on to dry vans, rail cars and bulk trucks with product while adhering to safety protocol.
- Make adjustments to process controls and take routine readings.
- Handle paperwork that pertains to each order both while building the order and when truck drivers arrive.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist maintenance.
Full Job Description
Perform a variety of duties in the operation of loading Sodium Sulfate into railcars and bagging loading of bulk trucks and box vans, very fast pace. Loaders must report directly to the operations manager. Loading of trucks must be done with strict adherence to all safety policies along with the use of all required PPE. Must maintain documentation and coordination with administration staff. Loaders are responsible for regular and daily equipment checks as directed. Must have the ability to work independently and safely. Loaders must maintain the yard and office area and keep them in neat and tidy conditions at all times. Loaders have to perform manual tasks under all weather conditions. This position is located in our Ozark Division in Gaines County, Texas.
